CHELELA TREK

The first day of the trek, commences from the Haa Valley at 2670m. The last leg of the trek is a steep ascent till the Kung Karpo at an altitude of 4350m. Its famous sky burial marked by stone cairns and old mediation hut.

The Nub Tshona pata trek takes you through the mountains of Haa in western Bhutan. The trek is considered unique and unexplored as many do not trek this region. Besides rich local lore, the turquoise-colored Nub Tshona pata Lake, verdant and pristine forests remain as the highlight of the trek.
